2 cups chopped tomatoes

1 seeded and minced serrano chile pepper

¼ cup canned black beans (rinsed)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl mix together the lime juice, red curry paste and sesame oil.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, serrano chile and cilantro. Stir.
This recipe tastes best if you let it sit for 10-20 mins to let the flavours blend together.
