Susan is a registered dietitian, busy mom of two and the owner of A Little Nutrition and co-founder of Nutrition Academy. She’s been helping clients with meal planning for years, and has seen all the challenges that people face when it comes to getting healthy meals on the table. She has found solutions to meal prep. and meal planning for the busy professionals, to stressed out stay-at-home moms with picky eaters, to the novice cook. She teaches her clients planning strategies and health habits that encourage working smarter not harder!
