One pan. One cooking method. One really efficient meal! A sheet-pan meal is where all your food items are roasted together on one rimmed baking sheet. These meals are a weeknight win as they come together really quick, and the oven does all the work for you! Sheet pan dinners are meal prep-friendly, as you can prep up your ingredients and store them in containers ready to be used the next day!

Tips to keep in mind
1: Use a heavy duty rimmed pan. The shallow sides allow the oven to heat +cook the foods evenly.
2. Use parchment paper for quick and easy clean up!
3. Pair proteins and vegetables that have similar cook times. Most vegetables and meats will bake well at 400 to 425 degrees like chicken + carrots, but you might have to lower the temperature for ingredients like green beans and fish.
4. Make sure that the size of your ingredients are similar
5. Add raw or tender ingredients at the very end.
