Ingredients

- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup sugar
- ½ cup vegetable or canola oil
- 3 bananas mashed very well, Or just mash them up in your mixer
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 cup whole Wheat Flour
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Mix egg, sugar and oil with electric mixer until well mixed
- Add vanilla and bananas to mixer. Beat until smooth.
- Next add milk & lemon juice and beat until well combined. You can mash the bananas ahead of time, or just mush them up in your mixer to save a step!
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix well.
- Bake 50-75 minutes, checking regularly until a knife comes out clean.
