Ingredients

- 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup chopped frozen (peeled) banana
- 1 cup skim milk or milk alternative
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- pinch of nutmeg
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1tbsp of psyllium husk
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender or magic bullet. Pulse until blended and smooth. Serve immediately.
