Our team is here to Support you
You deserve kindness, compassion and a thoughtful approach to your eating disorder recovery.
We help you peel back the layers in all areas of your life – mentally, physically, emotionally – so that we can take an individualized approach to your healing support. We also believe that health is so much more than a number on the scale or the food that we eat.
-
We strive to be weight-inclusive, trauma informed and gender/sexuality affirming.
-
We are a team of Health at Every Size ® (HAES)-informed, non-diet dietitians.
-
We use intuitive/mindful eating models of care.
-
Our practice combines expertise in nutrition and psychology for the most effective support.
YOU ARE SUPPORTED AT EVERY STEP:
We recognize there is no 1-size-fits-all when it comes to your nutrition. We take an individualized approach to best support your recovery.
We will work alongside you to help you with:
-
Eating structure, such as planning meals and snacks.
-
Learning how emotions are linked to your eating.
-
Introducing fear foods and making peace with food.
-
Transitioning to intuitive eating in later stages of recovery.

“IBS sufferers, listen up!
Wonderful, caring professional who can help you figure out what you can eat and in what amounts. My dietitian also helped me become more aware of my body’s hunger/satiety signals as well as learning to identify stress and emotional eating. High praise for these wonderful dietitians and their well-run business.“

“I would recommend this service to anyone out there who has always wanted answers to their nutritional questions, but were too shy or afraid to ask! Susan is easy to talk to, there truly are no silly questions, and she makes you feel very comfortable about whatever it is you are inquiring about.
Since working with Susan for the past year or so
I have noticed quite an improvement in my health. I don’t walk around bloated ,gassy or uncomfortable. My only true regret is not having done this sooner !
We all owe it to ourselves to have the best quality of life.
I’m grateful that I took the initiative to get answers to the questions I had, I can now enjoy other areas of life more fully!“
