This recipe makes 24 meatballs, and they freeze perfectly – this is a great meal prep recipe to cook once and eat twice!
Turkey meatballs are a great way to get lean protein into your diet. This recipe is packed with flavour and can be used in a variety of different meals. The best part about these meatballs is that they are healthy and easy to make. Simply combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix until well blended. Then, use a spoon to scoop out the desired amount of meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through. Enjoy as-is, or add them to your favourite sauce or dish. Either way, these turkey meatballs are sure to be a hit!
Easy Turkey Meatballs

Description
Try these healthy & delicious baked turkey meatballs! They will be a hit with your family and a great addition to your weekly meal plan rotation! Packed with lean protein, this recipe can be repurposed into many different meals!
Ingredients
- 2 cups lean ground turkey
- 2 Tbsp dried onion
- 1 Tbsp dried garlic
- 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp Italiano seasoning blend, or basil or oregano
- 1/4 Tsp salt
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl; ground turkey, dried onion, garlic, herb seasoning, breadcrumbs, eggs, oil, salt, pepper and cheese. Mix with your hands until ingredients are all blended together.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a 1 Tbsp spoon to scoop out the meat mixture and roll into a ball. Make sure that all the meatballs are the same size. Place onto the baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 15 mins, and make sure that the meatballs are cooked all through, and are not pink inside when cut in half.
- Once they are cooked you can enjoy them right away, or let the meatballs cool and store them in a resealable plastic freezer bag, in the freezer for up to 2 months.
