You got to try these super easy apple pie energy bites.  They’re perfect for a quick snack on the go.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cup large flake oats cooks in 4-5 mins, dry 
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter 
  • 12 cup applesauce unsweetened 1 medium apple grated 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 12 tsp cinnamon ground
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup 100%

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a food processor.
  • Pluse until ingredients combined.
  • Using a tablespoon, spoon out dough, and roll it into 24 balls. Place in the fridge for 30 mins to set.
