Meet The TEAM ~ Collaborative Care Approach

A Little Nutrition is made up of a team of registered dietitian & mental health therapists that specialize in helping you with your health goals!  We recognize that when we are making health changes and working on nutrition goals, we uncover many emotional underpinnings that impact clients ability to work on their health goals.

Your success is very important to us, so that is why we have brought on a mental health team. Our therapists can help with: relationship issues, grief/loss, stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, eating disorders and trauma. Our occupational therapist can help enable individuals with physical, sensory, mental health, or cognitive challenges to engage successfully in activities of their day-to-day lives – called ‘occupations’.

When you combine working with a therapist, and a dietitian, you allow the opportunity to understand the “why we eat the way we do”, heal from the past, gain new coping skills and gain control of your eating!

Take some time to read about each of our team members to see who would be a good fit for you and your health!
